Professional team headshots captured at an event
At the start of a recent event for Pathways Forward, I provided on-site team headshot photography as an add-on to the main event coverage.
The aim was simple: create a set of consistent, professional headshots for the team without the need for a separate studio session.
Three team members were photographed quickly before the event began, using a relaxed and efficient setup within the venue.
Natural light team photography with LED support
The headshots were captured using a combination of natural light and a portable LED panel.
This approach allows for controlled, professional lighting while still keeping the portraits natural and grounded in the environment.
Using existing light from the venue helps maintain a soft, authentic look, while the LED panel ensures consistency across all team members.
This balance is particularly effective for on-site corporate headshot photography in real event spaces.

Each team member had a short, focused session.
I typically capture 2–3 strong variations per person, making small adjustments to posture, expression, and framing.
This approach works well for corporate team photography at events, where time is limited and flow is important.
