Professional Event Photography for Business Conferences – ITM Inspire 2025

I was delighted to photograph the ITM Inspire Conference 2025—a brilliant three-day event at Celtic Manor that brought together professionals from across the business travel industry. As a specialist in professional event photography for business conferences, my goal is to capture the energy, stories, and moments that make events like Inspire truly memorable and there were many such opportunities at this event.

The team at ITM created an atmosphere that was genuinely welcoming and full of energy. There was as much focus on wellbeing and fun as there was on the formal sessions. Each morning, delegates could choose from a variety of wellness activities—yoga, walking groups, swimming, and golf—or join an energising running session led by Olympic medallist Jamie Baulch (the hilarious footage of me trying to outrun Jamie so that I could grab the perfect shot is out there somewhere – captured by my favourites at GLO). It was great to see so many people taking the time to focus on their wellbeing before the day’s sessions.

The main conference programme was packed with thought-provoking talks and panels. Two moments that really stood out for me were:

• Olympic athlete Georgia Hunter Bell’s session, where she spoke about resilience, focus, and the mindset required to perform at the highest level—something that clearly resonated with the audience.

• Jono Lancaster’s keynote, which was powerful and moving, encouraging everyone to reflect on empathy, resilience, and embracing difference.

The evenings were just as memorable, with a real sense of celebration and community. From the magician’s tricks to the live band, silent disco, gala dinner, and charity auction, the evening programme was a perfect way to wind down and connect in a more informal setting.

For me, professional event photography for business conferences is about more than just documenting what happens on stage. It’s about telling the full story of your event—capturing the atmosphere, the interactions, the key moments, and the details that make it unique.
